Solutions
The arrival of a solar park means changing the local environment. Local people are willing to accept this change if they benefit from it too. We endeavour to gain this acceptance in one or more of the following ways:
1. Educational materials
We provide educational materials to local primary schools. These materials enable students to learn about renewable energy and the protection of our environment.
2. Solar bonds
We issue solar bonds with fixed interest rates and terms, or we offer the local community the opportunity to become shareholders in the project. Those citizens who invest in the solar park receive an attractive return on their investment.
3. Local fund
A share of the electricity sales revenues can be contributed to a local fund, which can be used to support local initiatives and/or measures that relate to nature, agriculture or energy transition.
