Renewable energy

Principles

Sunvest’s ambition is to generate a combined total of 2,500 megawatts peak (MWp) capacity from its solar parks by the year 2030.
Currently, we have constructed solar parks that collectively generate over 320,000 MWh of green, renewable electricity per year. This is equivalent to the annual energy consumption of more than 100,000 households.
Each of our solar parks aims to contribute as much as possible to sustainable agricultural practices, the enhancement of biodiversity, and support for the local community.
Sunvest offers solutions to relieve the load on the power grid, such as delayed delivery and grid avoidance.

Solutions

Electricity usage (i.e. consumption) and the generation of solar power do not always develop at the same pace.
Moreover, the electricity grid is nearing its limit due to the increasing electrification of our society.
We have developed the following solutions to respond to these needs:

1. Battery storage

2. Hydrogen

3. Direct electrification

4. Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (cPPAs)

5. Complementing Solar with wind power
